Calm Monday

There’s nothing like going home for the weekend, especially for the holidays. Good food, lots of love and a cozy home. Oh, and not to mention many stellar meals!

And even a little baking!

I made two opposite baked goods, Soft and Chewy M&M cookies and clean Banana Oatmeal Breakfast muffins. No baking fails this time! (Whenever I bake for others, following a recipe is always key.)

I wrapped up the cookies and took them to the host of our lovely Easter dinner.

Away they must go πŸ˜‰

For our Easter dinner, we had several different appetizers followed by a meal of lamb, brussels, carrots with parsnips, and orzo.
