Aerial yoga is a huge core workout. It also increases flexibility.

Final relaxation pose is awesome chilling in the hammock.

Check your local gym or yoga studio to find an aerial yoga class. It’s a great workout and fun to swing.

That ice cream looks so yummy!

  2. Aerial Yoga looks so fun! I am incredibly uncoordinated so I can only imagine how much I would laugh trying to work myself into certain positions. I have been on a huge yoga kick lately. Marvelous post 🙂

  3. i have actually never had pho before but I have been dying to try it. super intrigued by aerial yoga, looks like a blast

Aerial yoga?! That looks like SO much fun! Almost as much fun as that ice cream. 😉

  7. I’m addicted to pho right now. I found the most delicious bowl in NYC and have been on the hunt to find the best bowl in Columbus! 🙂 Also, aerial yoga looks like so much fun!

Wow, aerial yoga looks like so much fun! I had to Google a studio in KC as soon as I read your post–and it turns out an instructor I’m familiar with from my Yoga studio just opened an aerial studio. How exciting! I can’t wait to try it.

  9. I cannot eat it, but I love the smell of ice cream and fudge shops! I buy candles that smell like these things and when I come home after a long day, I light them and OMG it’s amazing! I should buy a contraption to hang from my ceiling to do yoga while my candles are lit – now that would be straight up perfection! LOL!

  10. Aerial Yoga looks awesome!! I guarantee that it would end with me smacking my face on the floor 😉

I’ve always wanted to try aerial anything! One of my best friends is a dancer, and she recently got aerial equipment added to her dance room. We’ve been messing around with it, but I totally would want to do it as a workout! You look so cute!
