It’s always hard returning to the week after a fun weekend, so I’m jumping on board with Katie for Marvelous Monday.
Marvelous is attending UVa’s class of 2013 graduation this weekend:
Marvelous is having amazing college friends that will always be there for you:
Marvelous is having incredible parents who continue to inspire and support me every day:
Marvelous is mimosas with friends this weekend:
Marvelous is good food and even better company:
Marvelous is the warmer weather and longer-lit days:
Marvelous is having awesome bloggers and readers who teach me so much.
Marvelous is nostalgia because growing up and entering the real world is hard. Nostalgia is a beautiful emotion; one in which is only felt when we’ve truly lived. Nostalgia shouldn’t be a sad feeling, but instead one that let’s us know we’ve done things in life that we’ve loved. Accomplishments. There will be even more accomplishments and great times ahead.
Have a Marvelous Monday my friends!
Mimosas and pizza and good company = the best things!
Mmm pizza and mimosas sound amazing
it is so weird hearing about graduations. I am still in disbelief I graduated one year ago. where has time gone?
I am also on board with the longer days. I looked outside yesterday at 8:30 and even though it was a rainy and gloomy day, there was still some sunlight! It was definitely a good thing 🙂 And mimosas are always marvelous 😉
Ahhh congrats! I had no idea you were graduating!
That is so exciting, good luck with everything!!
I actually graduated last year but it was great to be back for graduation 🙂
A weekend that involves mimosas is always a great one (:
Good food and better company – I find myself saying that all the time 🙂 And I couldn’t agree more with you about the longer days. I was out at around 9:30 the other night and found myself marvelling at the fact that it was still bright out. Definitely a welcome change from the times where it would get dark at 4:30.
I keep seeing pizza everywhere! I need that right now. I cannot wait until my graduation. Can. Not. Wait.
Oh that pizza looks so wonderful! Graduations always make me nostalgic 🙂
That pizza looks amazing!! And I agree…longer-lit days are awesome! I love being able to choose between whether or not I want to workout in the morning before work or after work.
So jealous of that pitcher of mimosas! Looks so tasty.
I love that quote…positive attracts positive 🙂
Friends, family, mimosas, pizza, warm weather…love everything about this!
Love this! And yay for mimosas 😉
Totally agree that blogging teaches us so many lessons… Also, longer-lit days- SO marvelous. 🙂 Have a good Monday, girl!
I love all of these things, really! It’s making me miss going home ha guess I need to plan a trip!
Aewsome blog today and not just because I am in it. . . such wonderful words of wisdom for all of us each and every day. Marvelous is just all those little things that make up our wonderful lives-just be grateful every day, live each day to the fullest and practice kindness! xox
So happy you had a marvelous weekend!!
Parents are the best and it is good when you have great ones! Some people are not so lucky, and it is nice you appreciate them and know that they are fab!
This is a marvelous post! It makes me so happy to see other people being thankful for what they have! 🙂
Aw man, your marvelous weekend is just SPREADING out of this post! I love it! Nothing like good friends and family to do that 🙂
Ahhh, my alma mater’s graduation was this past weekend too! When did we become real adults? PS – The mimosa and pizza look delicious!
I love mimosas! Reminds me of christmas morning at my parents!
awesome parents + mimosas + pizza.. I’d say you’re living the good life 🙂
Mimosas and pizza are most definitely marvelous. Oh… And I guess parents are pretty cool, too.
Such a great upbeat post! This definitely would have made my Monday yesterday, but it’s definitely helping improve my Tuesday! 🙂
So much marvelous in this post. Graduation season always makes me so nostalgic for my college years!
I’m beginning to see Monday in a whole new light…a great light.
I LOVE these Marvelous in My Mondays. I used to dread Mondays, and they are seriously making me change my view 🙂 Have a great night girl!
What a fun graduation!! And that pizza…YUM!
What a great post. So positive! And I love the fact that you see nostalgia as a positive emotion. For me, I’ve tended toward the sad side of it…I’ll have to try your way! 😉
